Mastoid

The Mastoid provides surgeons with an excellent option for repair of mastoid defects. The regular Mastoid is available in left and right configurations while the small Mastoid provides a universal fit.

3D Pterional

The 3D Pterional implant is designed to correct temporal hollowing in patients who have had surgery involving the pterional approach to the brain. Its off-the-shelf anatomic design based on CT scan data, and its anatomic shape allows for deep placement to the temporalis.

Supraorbital Eyebrow Closure

The Supraorbital Brow Closure provides an excellent option for use after a Supraorbital Craniotomy. Non-porous membrane layer on dura side to reduce potential for dural adhesion. Available in left and right configurations.

Osteotomy Gap Filler

The Osteotomy Gap Filler implant directs fibrovascular tissue growth from the periosteum down to the cancellous layer of the bone providing blood supply to the isolated bone flap. Later this becomes osseo-integrated. This cranial implant is easy to manipulate for reconstructing minor bone defects, such as the bone gaps created by an osteotome/craniotomy, and produces excellent cosmetic results. Additionally, it solves linear depression or dimples in the forehead caused by cranial bone defects. Innovative features with an articulating top allow maximum flexibility without fracturing or buckling. It can be cut to a suitable length and bent to fit. Retained by placing fixation plates over the implanted device.

Pterional/Pterional Smooth

The Pterional is designed to correct temporal hollowing in patients who have had surgery involving the pterional approach to the brain. It is available in Left/Right configurations, and Smooth – Left/Right configurations. The implant is placed deep to the temporalis during closure.

Sellar Floor Regular

The Sellar Floor is designed to repair the sellar floor. It is available in two sizes and configurations. The larger Sellar Floor is designed with three small tabs to facilitate handling and placement while the regular has a single tab. The Large Sellar Floor also has a membrane layer to aid in preventing tissue ingrowth.

Burr Hole Cover Large

The Burr Hole Cover is designed to fit into and over holes made by a cranial perforator. The large Burr Hole Cover has a 14mm diameter with a stem that is easily modified. The small Burr Hole Cover is designed for 5mm diameter holes.

Capocelli Plate

Restores cranium following cranial decompression procedures. Screws or sutures can be placed in any desired location. Full porous material for tissue ingrowth. Implant bends and holds desired shape without heating. Easy to trim with scissors or scalpel.

Retrosigmoid

The Retrosigmoid is an excellent option for use after a suboccipital craniotomy. It is available in left/right and regular/large configuration combinations.

SP Temporal Flex Grid

The Temporal Flex Grid is designed to augment deficient soft tissue in the temporal region. The Temporal Flex Grid has a thin contoured temporal surface designed for a proper anatomical fit and a more natural result.

Membrane Sheet

The Su-Por by Poriferous Membrane Sheet is designed to selectively prevent tissue attachment to one side of the implant surface. The membrane layer is comprised of solid polyethylene and porous layers that are heat bonded without adhesives or additives. Tissue integration occurs in the porous layer just as with the fully porous Sheet implant. U.S. Patent No. US09724198.

Flex Sheet

The Flex Sheet is designed for small to medium-sized cranial defects and deformities. It has a smooth exterior surface and a series of pedicles on the interior surface that are designed to provide volume and flexibility. The Flex Sheet is available with and without a membrane layer, allowing the surgeon to selectively prevent tissue ingrowth if desired.

The Cranial Flex Grid is designed to fill full thickness cranial defects as an option to calvarial bone grafts. The Cranial Flex Grid has a design that is strong and flexible and allows for the implant to be cut to the desired shape.

Block

The Su-Por by Poriferous block gives surgeons an excellent option for craniofacial reconstruction and augmentation. Su-Por by Poriferous block implants are available in multiple sizes and thicknesses to ensure that the surgeon has the proper amount of biomaterial for almost any possible contour or shape.

The Orbito-Zygomatic is an excellent option for restoration of bony surfaces following an orbito-zygomatic craniotomy.

Occipital

Reconstructive option for large cranial defects. Provides an alternative to customized implants, grafts, and other implant materials. Approximates shape of the occipital region while allowing a surgeon to bend and trim the implant to meet the needs of the individual patient.

Cranial Dome

The Cranial Dome is designed to provide surgeons with a reconstructive option for large cranial defects. The Cranial Dome approximates the contour of the superior 1/3 of the cranium and is available in two thicknesses.
